Trend to Environmental Attacks? Redbox Video In Indiana

The Indiana DA has requested Redbox to remove all but G-rated videos from its kiosks. This attack was sparked by a lawyer representing local video rental stores. Apple vs. Google: An Environmental Attack

Apple filed a lawsuit against HTC, the maker of Google's Nexus One Android Phone. This in an interesting example of what Sun Tzu calls a "fire attack," but which we describe more generically in the Warrior's Rule Book as an attack based on an environmental vulnerability ([node:content/strategic-principle-day-90-most-dangerous-attacks-established-positions-are-environment-atta link]).

In an earlier news item, we discussed how well positioned Google's Android operating system was to become the Windows of portable computing.

Climate: Making Money w/o Producing Value

Some may be wondering why the Copenhagen Climate Conference goes ahead while ignoring the mounting evidence that the "crisis" data was faked from the start. The answer is simply that too much money is at stake for any involved to let it go.

Trust - Sun Tzu's Key to Leadership

Sun Tzu tells us one of the key factors of a good leader is to be trustworthy. At the same time, he tells us that all of war is deception. In addition, we are to treat our troops as our children. So, how does being trustworthy factor into our leadership and ultimately our strategy?
