This article describes why every problem is an opportunity. The saying is that opportunity never knocks twice. In a broader sense, opportunity never repeats itself. All opportunities are unique in some regard. This makes identifying them particularly difficult. Strategic situations are too complicated to identify and analyze every possible condition that might represent an opportunity. Unlike production environments where duplicate situations are common, competitive environments are always unique.
