This article explains how to respond to an easy situation where we can make a serious mistake in taking it easy. We describe the Easy Situation generally as when we first begin a move or campaign and make progress easier than we expect (6.4.2 Easy Situations). As a result, we form our expectations and attitudes about the future of our progress. These attitudes work against us as our move progresses. The danger is that these expectations lead us into into patterns of behavior the set us up for failure.
