Sun Tzu offers hundreds of rules for different competitive situations. This tool asks you questions about your situation and finds the specific rules (and Sun Tzu quote) that address its most important elements. This tool also trains you to use Sun Tzu more instinctively.
How to Use
(Experienced users can simply use the Knowledge Menu pullout menus to find the right Rules.)
This tool asks questions about your current competitive situation.
Click on the answer below the question and the link takes to the next question.
Your answers take you to the rules that have the highest priority for you to learn.
The most general rule sets appear first, their Rule Book number and name listed below your answer. To view the relevant general quote from Sun Tzu and a description of the detailed rules, click to expand. (See example below).
SOSI members can access the actual rules set by clicking on the title in the description once it is expanded.
To get more detailed rules sets, continue clicking on the answers rather than the more general rules.
When multiple answers are appropriate, choose the most relevant first, then and return to explore the other branches of your situation.
Access to Rules
If you are not a SOSI Member, you can read a relevant Sun Tzu quote, a description of the Rules Article and of your challenge from Sun Tzu's perspective. You can then check the schedule to see when that rules article giving the step-by-step process for using his idea. If you are a SOSI Member, you can access the any Rule Book article at any time by clinking on its title.
NOTE: This tool is still being expanded. It currently takes you four levels of detail into your situation and the Warrior's Rule Book. It will eventually go to five levels of detail.
