During this entertaining keynote address--often presented by Gary Gagliardi, America's leading authority on Sun Tzu--your people learn what Sun Tzu taught and how everyone can use his system to simplify in their day-to-day decision making.

The next step is our boot camp session, One Day on the Front Lines of Strategy. During this session, your people learn the core techniques of positional analysis and the basic tools and terminology of Sun Tzu's strategy through discussions, activities, and simulations. .

This leads to Every Day on the Front Lines of Strategy, which is our on-going training program, certifying your people at increasing levels of strategic skill. The program combines a series of live training sessions with reading assignments and on-line training at the Institute’s Strategy School.
