A Victory for Free Enterprise

The court decision regarding tobacco today made the point that the US Government isn't a kleptocracy where the government can confiscate private property when it doesn't agree with the choices people make. Strategy only works if we understand the rules. The idea that the government can come in years later and change the rules, confiscating private property puts us back in the era of the Chinese Mandarins, where the only competition that matters is the competition for government jobs.
