Sun Tzu's six rules regarding how innovation creates value in once worthless resources.

Playbook Articles are available only to members, but you can purchase article downloads.

This article explains that foolish nations, organization, and businesses will continue to fight costly battles over resources that grow less and less valuable over time. "Valuable" resources are always becoming less valuable as human knowledge increases. The misconception is that wealth comes from our resources rather than our knowledge. If the only real resource is the human mind, an increasing population cannot make the world poorer but richer because we have more minds. This is why places like Hong Kong, with virtually no natural resources other than trained minds, are much richer per person than places such as Africa where there are many more resources but few trained minds.
